Invite clients as **Clerk organization members** so they can sign in to the vault app and work with FBO accounts in your organization. Org members can typically:

* View stored inventory
* Request outbound shipments
* Track shipment status and history
* Manage addresses (depending on role)

## Searching FBO accounts

You can search across FBO accounts within your organization by:

* First name
* Last name

## Deleting an FBO account

FBO accounts can be soft-deleted by organization admins. A deleted account:

* Can no longer hold active inventory
* Retains all history for audit purposes
* Cannot be restored (contact Beach Depositories support if needed)

<Warning>
  Ensure all inventory has been transferred or shipped out before deleting an FBO account.
