# Sandbox simulations

> Advance sandbox shipments one status at a time

Sandbox simulations move a test shipment to its next status. [Journeys](https://docs.beachdepository.com/guides/webhooks/journeys.md) lists each step. Each call sends the same webhooks Beach sends in production. Simulations exist only on `sandbox.api.beachdepository.com`.
