Returns a single FBO account by ID.
maxInsuredValueCents is this account’s insured-value ceiling. The organization has its own.
value is returned only when the API key also has organizations:read. Without it, the response omits value.
value.marketValueCents is the current market value of the account’s in-vault items. value.insuredValueCents is their current insured value. value.historical lists both daily for the last 365 days, oldest first. A snapshot is recorded once a day, so history starts the day the first one is written.
