Insured-value ceilings and statement totals use a*Cents field. The value is a decimal string of cents. maxInsuredValueCents of "250000" is $2,500.00.
Timestamps
EverycreatedAt, updatedAt, and *At value on a resource or inside webhook data is an ISO-8601 string, and the envelope timestamp is an ISO-8601 string. Unix seconds stay on X-RateLimit-Reset and svix-timestamp.
Idempotency
